[Schematron] errors in iso_dsdl_include.xsl beta (corrected resend)

I have updated  the beta of iso_dsdl_include.xsl on the schematron.com 
front page this version has

 1) Only the standard functionality for iso:include

 2) An experimental non-standard extension of the element  iso:extends 
which, when it has an href attribute, includes the children elements of 
the referred-to element without doing any name or context checks or any 
other smarts

 3) Generates boundary PIs for inclusions which can be used by 
subsequent steps to give the correct resource where a problem occurred.
