For our first program of the year, Sebastian Holst, President of Texcel, USA will look at new and classic database technologies (object-oriented, relational, etc.) to show us their relative merits in supporting document-type information.

On Tuesday, November 14th Bob DuCharme, of Research Institute of Technology presented "What Can SGML Developers Learn From The Object Oriented Model?"
On Tuesday, September 19th, in conjunction with "Open for Business: The SGML Standard". This all day seminar provided area users with a presentations geared towards a Management Track and a Technical Track, as well as a special session on HTML, SGML and the Internet.
