Unlike, editors, which is a real focus, CM is all over the place. figure out what kind of CM you mean. talk to those vendors. i personally would like a publihsing focus. \"All our regulations, data sheets, textbooks, whatever\" under one CM.
A small fee ($100.) or so. Will cut attendance, but not drastically. or you could get the money from the vendors. If you charge a fee you might be able to afford two rooms and \'track\" the event. CM is too too many different things to too too many people.
