[Schematron] Is this list still active?

All,

I've been a lurker here for about 3 years, as I'm involved with a project that is going to make use of Schematron to validate business rules for EMS data.  A colleague has tried to sign up for this list, and has been told it no longer has an administrator.  Is this true??? Is there a better list to sign up for, as we have zero background in Schematron and are going to be asking a LOT of questions as we gear up to work on this project.
