Next Meeting

The next meeting of the Washington Area SGML/XML Users Group is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at the American Geophysical Union (AGU) at 2000 Florida Avenue N.W., Washington, DC 20009-1277. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. and usually lasts approximately 2 hours. Parking is available across the street. If attending the meeting by Metro, get off the Dupont Circle stop.

Sophie Forge TEMIS, Inc. Automated Indexing and Text Mining
Sophie Forge, Project manager from TEMIS Inc will present how Luxid(r) for Publishing provide leading media and publishing corporations worldwide with automated content indexing through powerful semantic annotation and accurate content categorization. Along with a product presentation, Sophie will outline the applications of text-mining in the Publishing world, with customer examples applications, as well as XML management in Luxid(r).
